From there, you choose the length, floor, and from a number of other available options. We can design and customize the entire body to your exact requirements. STEEL BODY SPECIFICATIONS
- Lengths Available: 7’6” to 28’
- Widths Available: 80” / 84”, 92” / 96”, and 98” / 102”
- High quality 10 gauge formed steel body frame
- 3” structural steel cross members
- Gusset on every other cross member
- High quality 5”, 6”, or 7” structural steel longsills
- Mini skirt between long sills includes 3 bar cluster lighting
- 3” by 5/16” heavy duty steel rub rail
- 7 gauge steel pockets strategically placed on the side and the rear of the body
- Bulkhead is made with heavy duty 10ga. Steel
- Options Include: Square, Tapered, Mesh Window or Barred Window
- Optional channel body framing available on all models
- LED ¾” pin lighting embedded into body frame
- Marine grade wiring harness
ALUMINUM BODY SPECIFICATIONS

- 3” aluminum channel crossmembers
- Gusset on every other cross member
- 5”, 6”, or 7” Aluminum longsills

- We use a Commercial Grade Paint Process – 1 Coat Epoxy Primer and 2 Finish Coats of Polyurethane Paint
- All beds go through a meticulous prep process to guarantee the best adhesion possible

STAKE SECTION OPTIONS AVAILABLE:

- The sections can be slatted or solid
- All sections come with zinc coated latch or slip-in hardware.
- The stakes are 7 gauge steel for the poly and steel sections and are strait or tapered oak on the wood
- Standard Height is 42”
- Custom Heights available from 12” – 48”
